Workout 1 at 3 pm

Dumbbell flys supersetted with ring push ups
25x6 & 8 ring push ups
35x6 & 8 ring push ups
50x6 & 8 ring push ups
50x6 & ring push ups
50x6 & ring push ups

Pull UpsBWx5 supersetted with 5 assisted chin ups (neutral grip)
BWx5 supersetted with 5 assisted chin ups (neutral grip)
BWx5 supersetted with 5 assisted chin ups (neutral grip)
BWx5 supersetted with 5 assisted chin ups (neutral grip)

Workout 2 at 9 pm

Judo is going well. My sensei wants to grade me very soon and is impresed with progress. However, my weight is not going down as quickly as I would like it to. That's probably due to the fact that I'm drinking too much red wine and my brothers were over for 4 days.
