10 rings dips
10 sumo high pulls (100 pounds)

For time.

I thought this workout would be a walk in the park. HA!Those ring dips slowed me waaaay down.

Time: 14 minutes.

First couple rounds were ok and then bam! Singles and doubles which took me forever to do.
